TradeLocker Trading Journal: Check Integration and History Access

A TradeLocker trading journal needs a documented way to obtain the account's actual records. Verify that route first, before comparing dashboards or metric counts. MyVeridex currently does not offer a TradeLocker connector.

Start with TradeLocker's actual history and export limits

The current TradeLocker journaling and history guide states that the platform does not provide a native journal or built-in history exports, including CSV, PDF or direct printing. It points to compatible journaling integrations and says that official statements may be available from the broker or prop firm.

The platform's past-trade guide explains where to review closed positions and order history. A visible history panel and a downloadable complete-period statement are different things. Check the account and available period rather than assuming a missing export button is a successful integration.

Compare three possible record routes

RouteWhat to establishLimit to disclose
A documented journaling integrationActual TradeLocker support, exact account/provider, permissions, history range and successful collectionDo not assume complete history or a view-only permission model from the word integration
Provider statement or reportOriginal account identifier, currency, period, generation time and transaction fieldsThe provider decides which records it can supply; a file is not an independent audit
Manual observationsSource panel, timestamps, identifiers and a separate note of what was copiedSelected notes or screenshots do not establish complete history or every past equity value

Use TradeLocker's official partners directory as a place to identify candidates, then confirm the current integration details with the candidate and your provider. Listing in a directory is not proof that a particular account has connected successfully or that every requested field is available.

Check permission and scope before connecting a candidate

Confirm what credential or authorization the integration actually uses, what it can read and whether it can trade. Do not assume that TradeLocker follows the MetaTrader investor-password model. Protect account credentials and do not put them into a public report or share them with a report recipient.

Record the first and last available dates, selected account, account context and last successful update. Ask how gaps, partial closings, costs and corrections are handled. Automated collection can reduce transcription of retrieved fields; it does not establish 100% accuracy or remove all selection and import errors.

Reconcile before using a journal's totals

Choose a completed reporting period and compare transaction identifiers, times, instruments, sizes, recorded prices and profit with the permitted source. Check account currency, timezone, commissions, financing and other charges. Confirm whether a cost is already included before subtracting it again.

Separate deposits, withdrawals and adjustments from trading performance. Identify open positions at the boundaries. A closed-trade curve does not necessarily include floating losses between observations, so it cannot alone demonstrate every intraday loss limit.

Keep the original file or source reference, the working reconciliation and a list of unresolved differences. The evidence-pack guide provides a general checklist; it does not establish a TradeLocker import or a recipient's acceptance.

MyVeridex is not currently the TradeLocker route

MyVeridex currently offers MT4 and MT5 connections. Do not enter TradeLocker credentials into that connection flow, assume that a listed broker establishes TradeLocker support or describe MyVeridex as automatically monitoring a TradeLocker account.

A provider-supplied file is not automatically compatible with a supported MT4/MT5 statement parser just because it uses CSV or HTML. Confirm exact format support and interpretation. Do not relabel a TradeLocker report as a MetaTrader statement to imply compatibility or an audit.

Choose against the review you actually need

Compare the candidate's source access, note workflow, reconciliation results, export contents and public visibility. Record what was confirmed and what remains unavailable. Use that comparison to choose a route that provides the records and controls you need.

A journal can organize a review; it cannot guarantee improved performance, compliance, funding or a payout. If a firm or another recipient needs a report, ask for its current requirements and retain the source and limitations alongside the result.

Frequently asked questions

Can I download native TradeLocker history as CSV or PDF?

The current official history guide says built-in CSV, PDF and direct printing are not supported. Ask the provider about official records or verify a currently compatible integration.

Does MyVeridex currently connect to TradeLocker?

No. Its current offered connectors are MT4 and MT5. A broker listing, generic CSV parser or article about TradeLocker does not establish a TradeLocker integration.

Does automated collection ensure 100% accuracy?

No. Check source coverage, identifiers, costs, time boundaries and unresolved differences. Automation does not eliminate every omission, selection or calculation error.

Can a journal guarantee that I pass a prop-firm evaluation?

No. It cannot guarantee an evaluation, funding or a payout. Check the current programme and the actual source and measurement needed for any rule claim.
